Since the age of twelve, I have been taking pictures. My dad worked as a professional photographer for Sports Illustrated and HBO. So, I spent a part of my life growing up on the sidelines of sporting events, ringside at boxing matches, and behind the scenes of movie sets. My younger brother is also a professional photographer traveling the world documenting surfing tournaments and other events. The Neste family has spent 40 years engaging the world through the art form of photography.
I have been on the other side of the camera as a professional model with the Click and Wilhelmina agencies. Having been photographed and featured in print magazines allows me to connect with the people I am photographing. It makes them comfortable and confident, ultimately revealing their unique qualities through my lens.
My faith in God, the role of family, the value of self-discovery, and the importance of spirituality enables me to find the inner beauty of every person who I photograph.
My passion for photography, after years alongside my father and as a model, inspires me each morning to document moments of everyday life with my camera. I love helping people capture those moments when they feel most loved and their authentic selves.
